Terms and Conditions for Sierra Luxury Services

Effective Date: September 19, 2024

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Sierra Luxury Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services
Sierra Luxury Services offers limo and private tour services in Zurich, Switzerland. Details of services, including pricing, itineraries, and vehicle options, can be found on our website or obtained by contacting us directly.

3. Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance. The tour price per person is listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and includes VAT. Payment is due at the time of booking, and all rates are inclusive of standard service fees unless otherwise noted.

4. Cancellations and Refunds 

• SLS does not provide cancellation insureance.
• Cancellations made 24 Hours prior to the service will      receive a full refund of the deposit.  
• Cancellations made less than 24 Hours will incur a      charge of the Full Tour Price.
• Booking modifications (e.g., changes to tour type,      customer name, or tour date) are permitted up to 24 Hours before the tour      start.
• Cancellations and modifications for tours must be      submitted in writting by Email and are binding only upon SLS's confirmation.      Acceptance of modifications is at SLS's sole discretion.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount.

5. Responsibilities of the Customer 

• You must provide accurate information when booking,      including pickup location, contact details, and any special requirements.       
• You are responsible for the conduct of your group      during the  service. Any damage to the vehicle or conduct that      violates the law will  result in additional charges.

6. Conduct and Behavior

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow      all safety guidelines provided by our guides.
• Disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in the      immidiate termination of your tour without a refund.
• Damage to tour property or vehicles caused by guest      negligence will be charged to the responsible party.

6. Liability
Sierra Luxury Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
